Priests, youth ministers, parents and families are invited to attend this special event to honor outstanding youth and adult leaders in youth, young adult and athletic ministry.

Recognition Mass and Reception

(located across the street from the Basilica)

Award Nomination Forms
The awards described below will be presented during the Recognition Mass. Please consider nominating an outstanding junior or senior in high school for the St. Timothy Award and/or an adult for the other awards.  Nomination forms are available by clicking on the award name. Nominations are due by April 1, 2008. 

§ St. Timothy Award - This National award is presented to young men or women in their  junior or senior year of high school for outstanding leadership and service to their church and community.
§ Companions on the Journey Award - This National award is presented to adults involved in youth ministry who exemplify the best attributes of ministry and Catholic teaching to youth.
§ Bill O'Neill Award - (Companions on the Journey) This National award given in honor of Bill O'Neill is presented to adults involved in athletic ministry who exemplify the best attributes of ministry and Catholic teaching to youth. 
§ Blessed Frassati Award- This award is presented to adults involved in young adult ministry who exemplify the best attributes of ministry and Catholic teaching to the young adult community.
